Okusama ga Seitokaichou! Review


My Wife is the Student Council President (Japanese: おくさまが生徒会長!, Hepburn: Okusama ga Seito Kaichō!) is a Japanese manga series by Yumi Nakata.
It began serialization in Ichijinsha's shōnen manga magazine Comic Rex from 2011 and has been collected in thirteen tankōbon volumes.
The story was initially presented in 2007 as Okusama wa Seito Kaichō (奥さまは生徒会長), which was published in a single tankōbon volume by Jitsugyo no Nihon Sha, Ltd. in 2007.
An anime television series adaptation by Seven aired from July to September 2015. A second season aired from October 2 to December 18, 2016.

Karigurashi no Arrietty Review


Arrietty, titled Arrietty the Borrower (Japanese: 借りぐらしのアリエッティ, Hepburn: Kari-gurashi no Arietti) in Japan and The Secret World of Arrietty in North America, is a 2010 Japanese animated fantasy film directed by Hiromasa Yonebayashi as his feature film debut as a director, animated by Studio Ghibli for the Nippon Television Network, Dentsu, Hakuhodo DY Media Partners, Walt Disney Japan, Mitsubishi, Toho and Wild Bunch, and distributed by Toho.
The novel was adapted as a screenplay by Hayao Miyazaki and Keiko Niwa, based on the 1952 novel The Borrowers by Mary Norton, an English author of children's books, about a family of tiny people who live secretly in the walls and floors of a typical household, borrowing items from humans to survive.
The film stars the voices of Mirai Shida, Ryunosuke Kamiki, Shinobu Otake, Keiko Takeshita, Tatsuya Fujiwara, Tomokazu Miura, and Kirin Kiki, and tells the story of a young Borrower (Shida) befriending a human boy (Kamiki), while trying to avoid being detected by the other humans.

Tales of Zestiria the X (テイルズ オブ ゼスティリア ザ クロス, Teiruzu Obu Zesutiria Za Kurosu, pronounced "Tales of Zestiria the Cross") is a Japanese anime television series based on both Tales of Zestiria and Tales of Berseria video games developed by Bandai Namco Studios and tri-Crescendo, and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment.
It is produced by Ufotable, directed by Haruo Sotozaki and written by Hikaru Kondo, featuring character designs by Akira Matsushima and music by Motoi Sakuraba and Go Shiina.
The anime series is split into two halves: the first half premiered on July 3, 2016 and finished airing on September 25, 2016.
The second half premiered on January 8, 2017 and finished airing on April 29, 2017.

Bananya Review


Bananya (ばなにゃ) is an original Japanese anime television series produced by animation studio Gathering. It aired from July 4, 2016 to September 26, 2016. The series follows a white cat who lives inside a banana.
It was streamed outside of Japan by Crunchyroll. A second season aired from October 1 to December 24, 2019.
Discovering a new species of tiny cats living inside of bananas, the anime revolves around their lives. Bananya's lifelong dream is to bathe in chocolate with all of his banana cat friends.
Until then, they are trying to live their lives as best as they can in a normal household.

Centaur no Nayami Review


A Centaur's Life, known in Japan as Centaur's Worries (Japanese: セントールの悩み, Hepburn: Sentōru no Nayami), is a Japanese slice of life comedy manga series by Kei Murayama.
The series began serialization in Tokuma Shoten's Monthly Comic Ryū magazine from February 2011, and is published in English by Seven Seas Entertainment.
An anime television series adaptation by Haoliners Animation League aired in Japan between July and September 2017. The anime is licensed by Crunchyroll.
The series takes place in a world that took a different path of evolution from the world we know resulting in mythological creatures, such as centaurs, satyrs, mermaids, and demons, taking the place of humans in today's society.
The story largely focuses around a centaur girl named Himeno Kimihara, as she goes about her daily life with her friends and family.

Isekai Shokudou Review


Restaurant to Another World (Japanese: 異世界食堂, Hepburn: Isekai Shokudō) is a Japanese light novel series written by Junpei Inuzuka, with illustrations by Katsumi Enami. Shufunotomo released five volumes of the series.
An anime television series adaptation by Silver Link aired from July 3 to September 18, 2017.
The Western Restaurant Nekoya (洋食のねこや, Yōshoku no Nekoya) is a restaurant situated in a mundane corner of an undisclosed Tokyo shopping district which offers a lot of Japanese versions of Western dishes.
It opens during usual business hours though closed during holidays and weekends. But secretly it is also open on Saturdays, as on this particular day it creates doorways to another world inhabited by elves, dragons, animal men and other fantastic creatures, who enter the restaurant and partake of its exotic food, with many of them becoming regular patrons.
